Watching wallets

You don't need to own a position to study one. Watch mode points the whole app at any address: its dashboard, its health bar, its history, its live net interest. Nothing about it requires a connected wallet, and nothing in it can ever sign.

Starting a watch

Open the wallet menu and choose Add address to watch, then paste any address. The same input lives in the connect dialog ("Just looking? Watch an address instead") for when you have no wallet connected at all, and every row on the Liquidations page has a Watch button, which is the fastest way to inspect a position that's drifting toward trouble.

Watched addresses persist in your browser. The menu keeps them under a Watching section, with a check on the one you're viewing, and switching between them or back to your own wallet is one tap.

What watching gets you

Everything read-only, which on Sward is nearly everything. The interesting part is simulation: open a Supply or Borrow drawer while watching and it runs against the watched position for real. You get their balances as the maximums, their health factor in the before-and-after preview, the rate impact their transaction would cause, even a live gas estimate, since estimating costs no signature. The one thing that changes is the confirm button, which locks to Watching only.

This makes watch mode a rehearsal space. Wondering what repaying half a whale's debt would do to their health factor? Open their repay drawer and type it in.

Knowing where you are

While watching, the navbar pill turns amber with an eye icon, and a banner sits under the testnet strip naming the address with an exit link. Back to my wallet returns to your own view when connected; without a connection it simply ends the watch. Removing an address from the list (the small × in the menu) forgets it entirely.
